Advanced Extrusion Technology for Improved Product Quality
At the outset, our extrusion technology relies on a single-screw extruder that is also equipped with a melt pump unit. This setup consequently results in a stable output with a noticeable reduction in issues related to weight, thickness, and profile flow.
In an effort to uphold quality, the process segues into tooling which incorporates a heated anti-corrosive steel dye system. This is tied in with a series of dry calipers, expertly crafted from brass. To further enhance stability, the calipers also come complete with cooling water and vacuum features.
The intentional design of this approach primarily aims to ensure the clarity of the products. This focus is particularly essential as we cater to the needs of our lighting clients. On the other hand, for handling distinct materials such as PP and PE that are non-transparent, we have implemented the use of water baths and cooling units.
Lastly, rounding off the entire operation, it is of paramount importance that we minimize stress on the components. As a measure to achieve this, our products undergo further cooling. This is executed by means of inline air coolers that are strategically situated along the extrusion line, ensuring an optimal performance and finished product quality.
Precision Cutting and Co-extrusion Capabilities
We utilize pullers fitted with belts made from materials that leave no marks on the profiles. Transitioning to cutting, our sawing unit is designed for precision, accommodating lengths ranging from 350 mm to 6 meters. Furthermore, we offer co-extruded components where we fuse two distinct materials in various colors.
