Plastic Injection Moulding
At KB Components, we specialise in delivering high-quality plastic injection moulding services tailored to meet the needs of various industries. Extrusion
Located in Zilina, Slovakia, KB Components excels in extrusion production for various industries. After a significant expansion and upgrade in 2019, we now offer an extensive range of extruded items. Primarily, our focus lies in manufacturing parts for the lighting industry using materials such as PS, PMMA, and polycarbonates. Additionally, we create products utilizing PP, PE, ABS, and opalic LED materials.
Tool Shop
KB Components is investing in the future. We have invested in eight state-of-the-art machines, which have been installed at our cutting-edge tool shop in Northern Europe. This investment will solidify our position as one of the most advanced tool shops in Northern Europe and enable us to produce components with capacities up to 50 tons.
