KB Components Dallas provides comprehensive injection molding solutions for customers within a wide range of business segments. The facility measures 150 000 sqf, and contains 46 Injection molding machines ranging from 55 to 1500 tons. The facility also features clean room capabilities, as well as a fully equipped tool shop capable of designing and building everything from prototype to class 101 production tools. Operations are certified under ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 13485:2016 ensuring high quality standards in everything produced.
