Corporate governance

Corporate governance describes how rights and obligations are allocated amongst the company’s governing bodies in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and internal processes. Corporate governance also identifies the decision-making systems and the structure through which the owners directly or indirectly govern the company. Good governance generates value that benefits all stakeholders.

The company is a Swedish public limited company. Corporate governance is based on Swedish law, the articles of association, internal rules and regulations, the Nasdaq First North Growth Market’s regulations and the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance.

The company applies the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (the Code) since 2024. The Code is based on the principle of ‘comply or explain’. According to this principle, a company that follows the Code may deviate from individual rules, in which case the company must explain the reason for each reported deviation.
